  1. Sarah, I am so happy that you are taking this big step in your life to get healthy. Nutrition happens to be a major interest of mine and would love to share as little or as much as you would like to hear! My ideas and thoughts on nutrition seem to be a fluid thought for the most part. However, there are some things I think most people don't understand or know (reasons for that are debatable...*cough* government lobbyists *cough*) Anyway, if you are looking for some very good reads on the topic and my own opinions and journey I would be happy to share.   2. Sarah, (I tried to post a minute ago, but apparently it didn't work. Lame) Anyway, I am so happy and proud for you. What a great decision you have made. Nutrition and exercise happen to be of great personal interest to me, especially nutrition.
