Exercise Plan

Currently, my level of activity is fairly low as is my fitness level. For exercise I will be walking at a brisk pace for as long as I can. I am thinking this will be about a mile to begin with and I will add on distance a time progresses. I intend to do some sort of physical activity every day. Again, I am open to suggestions about different ways to add physical activity to my day.

So I found that 2.5 times around my boyfriends trailer park is equivalent to 1 mile so five times around makes 2 miles. That is what I will be doing every other day.  On days when I am not walking I will be doing some other sort of physical activity for at least 30 minutes. My thoughts so far include playing Wii sports, cleaning house and weight training with free weights or swimming. Once again I am open to suggestions. Please share your favorite workout with me.

15 minutes water aerobics
1 hour of swimming 
strength training for arms (Bicep curls, tricep press) 3 sets of 20 reps for each

Tuesday:
15 minutes water aerobics
1 hour of swimming 

Wednesday:
15 minutes water aerobics
1 hour of swimming 
strength training for arms (Bicep curls, tricep press) 3 sets of 20 reps for each

Thursday:
15 minutes water aerobics
1 hour of swimming 

Friday:
15 minutes water aerobics
1 hour of swimming 
strength training for arms (Bicep curls, tricep press) 3 sets of 20 reps for each

Saturday:
Powerwalk DVD
Cardio Max DVD
15 minutes water aerobics
1 hour of swimming 

Sunday:
Rest or
15 minutes water aerobics
1 hour of swimming
